We'll schedule a free initial consultation, either by phone or in person at our London office. During this conversation, we'll assess your eligibility for relevant benefits, explain what documentation we'll need, and confirm whether our service is the right fit for your situation.
If we determine you're unlikely to qualify for additional benefits, we'll tell you that in the consultation rather than taking payment for work that won't produce results.
Payment is due before work commences. We accept bank transfer or card payment. Once payment is received, we begin work immediately.
If your application is successful and results in a benefit award, our fee does not increase. If your application is unsuccessful due to genuine ineligibility rather than procedural error, we do not offer refunds, as the work has been completed.
For appeals and tribunal work, payment covers the entire process including tribunal representation. You will not receive additional invoices if the case progresses to hearing.
